Decisions you can't
make alone.

Get private input from the people whose opinions matter. Nivo synthesizes the tradeoffs honestly — then checks back to see how it played out.

Not a poll. Not a group chat. A structured way to think through hard decisions with people you trust.

The real problem

Hard decisions don't live in one place. They live across chats, half-conversations, and things nobody's saying directly.

Advice gets filtered

People tell you what they think you want to hear. Or they don't say the hard thing because they don't want to own it. You end up with encouragement instead of thinking.

You can't see the tradeoffs clearly

When you're inside a decision, it's hard to see what you're actually choosing between — not just Option A vs B, but what each path costs and who actually pays.

Nothing closes the loop

You get input, you decide, you move on. Nobody checks whether it worked. The pattern repeats. You don't get better at the decisions that actually matter.

How it works

Four steps. Each person responds privately. You see the full picture.

01

Frame the decision

Describe what you're deciding and what the real options are. Add any context you want your group to have.

02

Invite your people

Send private links to 2–6 people whose opinions you actually trust. No account required to respond.

03

Nivo synthesizes

Each person responds independently. Nivo reads all inputs and synthesizes an honest summary — including real disagreements.

04

It checks back

After a set interval, Nivo follows up to see how the decision played out. You build a real record of what worked.

Solo mode

Not every decision needs a group.

Quick Take gives you a fast, honest lean in under 60 seconds. Deep Dive walks through tradeoffs, pressure-tests your reasoning, and runs a regret simulation. No invites needed.

FAQ

Common questions

Do the people I invite need to create an account?
The people you invite don't need an account — they get a private link and can respond without signing up. You'll need an account to create and send a group decision.
Will Nivo just tell everyone what they want to hear?
That's the thing Nivo is designed not to do. The synthesis is explicitly opinionated — it names real disagreements, pressure-tests your lean, and will tell you when the group's input shifts the burden of proof on your position.
Who sees what each person wrote?
Only you. Respondents answer independently and can't see what others wrote. You see everything — attributed by name, unless you choose anonymous mode.
Is this private?
Yes. Your decisions are not shared or used for anything outside your account. Each person responds privately and independently. Only you see the full picture.
What does it cost?
Nothing during beta. Nivo is free while we're shipping the core experience. When we introduce pricing — probably late 2026 — it will be per-group, not per-seat, in the $15–20/month range. Beta users will get grandfathered terms.
Does Nivo use AI?
Yes. Nivo uses Anthropic's Claude to synthesize group input and generate the honest read. We do not train on your decisions or share your data.
